Build Your Financial Independence Through Real Business Skills

Our entrepreneurship program runs over nine months starting October 2025. You'll work with experienced business owners who've actually built profitable ventures—not just taught theory. We cover everything from market validation to financial management, and you'll leave with a working business plan you can actually use.

Three Learning Tracks That Match Your Goals

We've designed these tracks based on what worked for people who've been through the program. Pick the one that fits where you are now.

Startup Foundations

Starting from scratch? This track walks you through validating your idea, finding your first customers, and setting up proper financial systems. We spend a lot of time on cashflow because that's where most new businesses actually struggle.

Growth Strategy

Already running a small business? This focuses on sustainable scaling. You'll learn how to hire without breaking the bank, manage growth-related finances, and build systems that work when you're not around.

Side Venture Development

Keeping your day job while building something? Smart move. This track is about efficient use of limited time and capital. We cover lean operations, automated systems, and knowing when it's time to go full-time.

Learn From People Who've Actually Done It

Our instructors run their own businesses. They know what works in the Australian market because they're still figuring it out themselves.

Portrait of Kellan Briggs, business operations instructor

Kellan Briggs

Operations & Finance Lead

Kellan built a logistics company from his garage in 2017. Sold it in 2023. Now he teaches the financial planning stuff he wishes someone had shown him earlier.

Portrait of Neve Gallagher, marketing strategy instructor

Neve Gallagher

Marketing & Customer Acquisition

Neve runs a digital agency that helps small businesses find customers without spending heaps on ads. She's blunt about what actually works versus what just sounds good.

Iris Fitzpatrick

Legal Structure & Compliance

Iris specializes in business law for small ventures. She covers the boring-but-critical stuff like proper business structure, contracts, and staying compliant without hiring a massive legal team.

How The Nine Months Actually Work

Program starts October 2025 and runs through June 2026. We meet twice a week—Tuesdays for new material, Thursdays for working sessions where you get feedback on your actual business.

1

Months 1-2: Foundation & Validation

We start with financial fundamentals and market research. You'll test your business idea with real potential customers before spending money building anything. This phase saves most people thousands in avoided mistakes.

2

Months 3-5: Building & Testing

Time to actually build something. You'll set up your financial systems, create your offer, and make your first sales. We focus on getting revenue flowing quickly, even if it's just a few customers.

3

Months 6-7: Systems & Scaling

Once you've got traction, we work on making things repeatable. Financial forecasting, hiring decisions, and building processes that don't require you to do everything yourself.

4

Months 8-9: Launch & Support

Final phase is about sustainable growth. You'll present your business plan, get detailed feedback, and we'll help you connect with potential investors or partners if that's your path.

Applications Open July 2025

We take 45 people per intake because that's what allows for proper mentorship. The program isn't cheap—we're upfront about that. But it might be the best investment you make in yourself. Get in touch now and we'll send you the full breakdown including costs and what's actually included.
